• All pricing, points requirements, fees, and route information displayed are ESTIMATES ONLY. You must verify current pricing, seat availability, and eligibility directly with the airline or loyalty program before making any booking decisions. • Live seat availability is not shown. This Service does not display real-time award seat inventory. Routes and pricing shown may not reflect actual seat availability on your desired travel dates. • Prices may differ. Actual award prices, taxes, fees, and surcharges at the time of booking may vary from estimates shown in the Service. • Verify before booking. Always check British Airways (ba.com), Virgin Atlantic (virginatlantic.com), or their respective mobile apps for current availability and pricing before attempting to book.
• Route data, award pricing, and voucher rules are based on publicly available airline award charts, historical pricing data, and loyalty program terms. • British Airways pricing uses official distance-based award charts with peak/off-peak seasonal variations. • Virgin Atlantic pricing is based on median observed redemption costs from sampled travel dates, reviewed quarterly. • We make reasonable efforts to keep data accurate but do not guarantee completeness, real-time accuracy, or availability.
• The Service does not guarantee that any route, flight, cabin, or redemption shown will be available for booking. • Airlines control award seat inventory and may release or restrict seats at any time without notice. • Voucher eligibility and application are subject to airline-specific terms and restrictions that may change without notice.
• This Service is currently in beta testing. Features may not work as intended, may produce inaccurate results, and may be modified or removed at any time. • By using the Service during beta, you accept these limitations.
• Premium subscriptions are billed via our payment provider (Stripe). • Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. • You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. • Refunds are not guaranteed except where required by law.
• We do not operate airlines, loyalty programs, or payment systems. We are not responsible for flight disruptions, missed opportunities, rejected vouchers, changes in airline policies, or unavailability of award seats. • We are not liable for booking decisions made based on estimates shown in the Service. You are responsible for verifying all information directly with airlines before booking. • We are not responsible for differences between estimated and actual pricing, fees, or award availability. • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
You agree not to: • Use the Service for commercial resale. • Scrape or extract data from the platform for use outside the Service. • Attempt to disrupt, hack, or bypass access controls.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
